This hotel is located outside of Hakodate City and at waterfront. Hot spring is good temperature and makes me very relaxed. It has great views. All staff are friendly and have great manners. Breakfast and dinner are optional and great selection and good quality.

The public baths were excellent - such a delight to use after the end of a long day. The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed staying in the resort for a few nights. We had a car so it was only a short trip into the city proper to access all the sights and food options in the area. The ocean view was a lovely bonus.

Amazing view from the public onsen - you can see so much. Room was as described, loved the atmosphere. Especially with a group of friends - it felt a bit like a school trip.

The king crab legs at the dinner buffet exceeded expectations. The view from the outdoor hot spring is ideal for relaxation, and the breakfast is excellent.

excellent service. We left our baggges there in the morning. While we checked in the afternoon. They already place our baggages in our room. nice public battub also.
